How to return & refundTo return an item first contact ethicalsextoys (301 Ltd) and we will email you a returns number to be used in correspondence relating to the return. Goods will not be accepted for return without receipt of a returns code.
If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund.
If you have ordered something in error, or decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us within 30 days.
Unfortunately postage charges are non refundable.
We can only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been damaged. For hygiene reasons ethicalsextoys.co.uk (301 Ltd) cannot accept returns of adult toys, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened and or used.
To qualify for all returns, refunds and cancellations:
- The goods must be unused
- The goods must be in their new, original condition and packaging
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
- The goods must be received back within 7 days from date on your returns code
When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you try using a different set of batteries and making sure they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.
If the product is defective please first contact ethical sex toys explaining the fault and we will send you details on how to return. Ensure you send back its original box, all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working. If goods are returned in an unhygienic or non sterile condition they will also be returned at your expense.
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after your order has been made.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense.
If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and it is returned to us and you then cancel your order additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund.
You should be aware that once we have begun the delivery process your right to return goods does not include our charges to you for postage and packaging. Once we have received the item(s) back (providing they are in the condition as dispatched to you) we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods then a full refund will be given minus any charges incurred by us for billing your card and then refunding your card.
