DeliveryWe use Royal Mail first class post and Parcel Force Couriers for the UK and for Europe and the rest of the world we use Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery and any parcels over 2kg are sent via Business Post International
ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain discreet packaging with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. If there is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.
Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes we do deliver to British Force Post offices within the UK. For British Force Post offices outside of the UK further delivery charges are incurred. A member of our customer services team will contact you in relation to any further charges incurred prior to despatch.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If you're out when we try to deliver, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.
Royal Mail: If you are not in when their parcel arrives the parcel will be kept at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.
Parcel Force: If your customer is not in when their parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling them to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us and additional fees will be charged to your account for the return service.
